In 2018, due to the demand for our houses, it was necessary to consider building a new house so that all who wanted it could choose to be able to book their ideal weekend.

A rural house separated from the others, where you breathe peace and its rural style makes us feel at home. Designed for two people, with a large double bed. Although if desired it can be extended with 3 rooms, reaching 10 people. It has a spacious living / dining room / kitchen, overlooking a private garden. And its strong point is new construction and overlooking a beautiful lake. Hence the origin of its name.

This house is located within the ‘Yeguada Senillosa’ estate, which is located in the ‘Els Aiguamolls de l’Empordà’ Park, between Castelló d’Empuries and Sant Pere Pescador and 10 minutes from the beach. It is a 100-hectare farm in which PRE (Pure Spanish breed) horses are raised, the oldest in Catalonia, made up of about 80 specimens including horses, mares and foals.

Surrounded by rice fields, it is a place of incredible beauty where you can enjoy its nature, its children’s area by the lake and a nice walk with our boats admiring the native fauna such as storks, ducks, geese …
