Around 1993, “Yeguada Senillosa” built this fabulous house away from the main house for the esteemed Pepe Collado, head of the company “CRINBLANCA” and a fan of hookups; which would be his habitual residence for 12 years. Finally, and given that it is a fabulous viewpoint to the entire environment that surrounds us, our clients were offered the possibility of being able to enjoy their stay.

This house is located within the ‘Yeguada Senillosa’ estate, which is located in the ‘Els Aiguamolls de l’Empordà’ Park, between Castelló d’Empuries and Sant Pere Pescador and 10 minutes from the beach. It is a 100-hectare farm in which PRE (Pure Spanish breed) horses are raised, the oldest in Catalonia, made up of about 80 specimens including horses, mares and foals.

Surrounded by rice fields, it is a place of incredible beauty where you can enjoy its nature, its children’s area by the lake and a nice walk with our boats admiring the native fauna such as storks, ducks, geese …
