The accommodation we offer are two dwellings separate from the main house, integrated within the stable buildings of the livestock.

LA TORRE ( THE TOWER )

This is a house completed integrated within the stable buildings with three double rooms. It has its own garden and use of a barbeque, which can be shared with El Guadarnes if desired.

MAIN BEDROOM.-Photos 1,2,3. This attic room adjoins the sitting room, has easy access to the bathroom and provides access to a small sitting room and another bedroom in the tower.

BEDROOM TORRE. Photo 4. This second floor bedroom has twos single beds and a private bathroom. It adjoins the studio where there is a sofa bed, please see photo 5.

SITTING ROOM/STUDIO. Photos 5 and 6. Access to this room is through the main bedroom and it contains a double sofa bed.

EL GUADARNES ( THE WATCHHOUSE )

This is a bungalow contained inside the stable buildings.( Photo 8 )

This bungalow can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 1 baby.

The Ranch, Yeguada Senillosa, is found in the Nature Reserve. “Els Aiguamolls de l’Empordà” between Castellò d’Empúries and Sant Pere Pescador.

On this branch Pure Bred Spanish horses are bred, of which we have more than 100.
Surrounded by rice fields, this is an area of incredible natural beauty. We remind lovers of the countryside and environmentalists that a horse ranch set amidst rice fields in the countryside offers great opportunities and very few problems.

Situated very close to Figueres, the capital town of l’Alt Empordà, you will find trips to the Dali Museum and walks round the Castle San Ferran very interesting.
Additionally we are very close to the Ancient Greek/Roman Ruins on San Martí d’Empúries, The Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, the historic center of Castelló d’Empúries, Cadaqués, the marine Nature Park of Illes Medes, Cap de Creus and the fishing village of Roses. These are but a few of cultural interests of this area.

MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL OF FORTIÀ

Located to 40 Kms. It is possible to be arrived with a stroll in bicycle. The possibility exists of acquiring bonus to enjoy it during its stay.

We do not serve meals. If 24 hours in advance notice is given we can supply breakfast, at the price of 7,00€ for person. There is a laundry service, which costs 6,00€ for washing machine load.
To confirm your reservation requires a deposit of 20% of total price, paid by bank transfer. The balance should be paid on the day of arrival. Additionally on arriving we request a credit card to be given as a guarantee.
You are welcome to visit the accommodation before booking.
The owners of the Ranch are not usually on site, any queries can be handled by the person in charge Mrs Daniela Trifanescu.
On the Ranch there are four Labrador dogs. If you bring your dogs we have some kennels that you can use. The Ranch will not be held responsible for any problems occurring between our dogs and yours.
